Game Day Chipotle Chili

Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook time: 1 and 45 minutes

Servings: 8 to 10

1 lb Hamburger 1 Onion, diced
2 16oz can Pinto beans
2 16 oz can Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 16 oz can Black Beans
1 16 oz can Navy Beans
1 14 1/2 oz Fire Roasted Tomatoes
1 14 1/2 oz Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Cumin
3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
2 Tablespoons Chipotle Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

1) In a large pot preheat it over medium heat, add Hamburger, salt and pepper and brown. drain hamburger.

2) Add the onions and cook until translucent about 5 minutes

4) Add all the spices and cook for 2 or 3 minutes

3) Add all the beans in the juice and 1 cup of water. Cook for an hour and half
