12 Oz Walnuts
12 Oz Pecans
12 Oz Almonds
2 Lbs of Nut Mix (Cashews, Peanuts, Hazel nuts)
1 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
5 Tbls Rosemary
2 Oranges (Zest and Juice)
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
5 tsp Salt
3 Tbls Chipotle Chili Powder
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix nuts and all the sugar, zest, juice, chipotle chili powder, maple sugar, half the salt and rosemary. Stir making sure all the nuts are coated evenly.
Place on a sheet pan on two sheet pans lined with Silpat or spread with 2 Tbls of canola oil on each pan.
Bake for 25 minutes. Stir halfway through. Check nuts the last ten minutes frequently as they go from done to burned quickly.
Once out of the oven sprinkle the rest of the salt and rosemary over the nuts. Stir until they have cooled down and won’t stick together in one big mass. These can be served cool or warm, both ways are good
