Aunt Carol’s Chili Dog Sauce

Aunt Carol’s Chili Dog Sauce

Prep Time: 10 minutes Inactive: 2 hours

1 1/2 lb Hamburger
1 29 oz can tomato sauce
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 large onion (finely diced)
4 Tablespoons chili powder
1 Tablespoon chipotle chili powder
1 Tablespoon Hungarian paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Add all the ingredients in the pot. Mix the Hamburger in with sauce and ingredients. it will look like you need water but you don't. 

Bring to a simmer and turn on low. Cook for 2 hours stirring occasionally. This can be done in a crock pot on low over night.
