Pumpkin Patch Cheese Ball

Pumpkin Patch Cheese Ball

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 1 cheese ball
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 cup Cheez-its
  • 1 packet of powder cheese (from the mac and cheese box)
  • 1 stem from a bell pepper
  • Sprig of parsley or cilantro
  1. Mix cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Worcestershire, lemon juice, sriracha and cheese powder until fully incorporated. Place on plastic wrap and form into a pumpkin. Wrap up and chill for an hour, if you have the time if not move to the next step.
  2. In a food processor grind the Cheez-its into a powder. Roll your pumpkin in the powder coating the pumpkin completely. Take a wooden handle and make the ridges in the pumpkin.
  3. Take your thumb and press the top center of the pumpkin. Then place the stem and parsley on top. Serve with crackers. Have a Happy Halloween!
