Spicy Carrot Cheese Dip

Minutes Prep: 5 minutes Rest time: 30 minutes
Serves: 12
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 packet macaroni and cheese powder
  • 2 cups shredded smoked gouda
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (your discretion)
  • 1 cup finely cheese crackers (finely crushed)
  • 1 small bunch dill weed
  1. In a large bowl, mix the gouda, cream cheese and macaroni and cheese powder, garlic powder, onion powder, chipotle chili and sriracha until thoroughly combined.
  2. Place she of plastic wrap on counter and put cheese mixture on top. Form into a carrot shape. Put in the refrigerator for a half hour
  3. Take carrot out of refrigerator and coat with the cheese crackers crumbs. Using a wooden spoon or skewers, make the lines on the carrot.
  4. Place on serving dish and place dill at the top of the carrot. Place crackers of vegetables around the carrot. Happy Easter and God Bless!
