Spicy Pimento Cheese Spread

Prep Time:10 minutes
Yield: 4 Cups

8oz smoked gouda (shredded)
8oz colby jack (shredded)
1 8oz block cream cheese
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Calabrian chili peppers
4 oz jar diced pimento (drained)
1 teaspoon Sazon

1. Mix the gouda, Colby jack, Calabrian and  pimento peppers, lemon juice and Sazon*.
2. Mix in the cream cheese in thoroughly form into any shape you would like o just serve in a bowl. You can coat with ground up cheezits for a coating after you form it.

*If you don’t have sazon mix in 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning salt and 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder.
